During the process of recording for our project, my partner Sarah was able to come into the radio studio to perform the narration of the story. We used the radio studio as there was no distraction and we had a controlled relaxed environment to ensure she felt comfortable with speaking infront of us. We told her to take her time and we decided to record two of them and choose the best one.

Sinead did a practice run through of reading the script to show Sarah roughly how we wanted it to sound. Giving her direction and allowing her to read the script in full twice to help avoid her making mistakes and to feel at ease whilst reading.
Jordan booked out the radio studio and since he knew best how to work the equipment, recorded all the material and set up a Google drive document so we could all see the sound projects which also provided a back up incase we lost anything.
Overall we had no major problems within the studio whilst recording and it only took us less than an hour to record altogether. I really enjoyed doing this as we had to be professional and ensure our voice actor was comfortable at all times.
