As three members of our group, including myself, are Erasmus students from Ireland we decided to look at something Irish we could do for this assignment. Irish traditions are very important and as a group we decided to do an old Irish story. Sinead, Rebecca and I were all very familiar with the story ‘Oisin and Tir na nOg’ as we had heard it many times.
Once we decided on our idea, we searched for a script that we could develop to use for our project. We found a suitable script that I then broke down. I read through each section of the script and took key sounds from the storyline. I then made a list of foley sounds that we could use to accompany the narration of the script.
